A warm welcome to Oakwood Vale Lodges, located in the beautiful Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
We have two tranquil and secluded lodges that have stunning scenery and views into the forest.
Tree Tops Lodge and Squirrel Lodge are surrounded by wildlife, and have direct access onto the forest walks and family cycle trail. Both lodges enjoy private hot tubs, have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating with Wifi and Netflix included in your price.
Oakwood Vale lodges are perfectly situated for you to bring your Furry friends too at no extra cost (max 2).
Just 2 miles away you can find the spectacular Clearwell Caves, 4500 years of history hidden below ground. A fun filled, family favourite, is Perrygrove Railway. Or you can explore the enchanted Puzzlewood, where scenes from Harry Potter, Dr Who and Star Wars (to name but a few) were filmed. We are perfectly situated with 3 Village Inns that serve a wide variety of delicious and traditional dishes all under 1 mile away. The Market Town of Coleford just under 2 miles away, has its imposing central Clock Tower and Georgian facades and offers lots of shopping opportunities offering local produce and unique gifts. Its also home to lots of annual events including a weekend long Music Festival, Faddle Fairs, Festival of Transport and many more!
